We could not have asked for a better photographer. Chrissy Albright is very skilled with both lighting and composition, and we were extremely pleased with our photographs. She was also completely hands-off and easy going, never butting into or otherwise disrupting the day for us. She just quietly moved around, catching great shots of our wedding party and our guests. What a great eye! I would highly recommend her to anyone. Many other photographers that I reviewed back when I was researching charge 2-3x as much for the same quality photos that you get from Chrissy.

I had my wedding here in June 2008, and it was wonderful. The location is spectacular - the Glen Iris overlooks the Middle Falls in the gorge that runs through Letchworth State Park, and the wedding site is a nice outdoor patio that overlooks the gorge. We were able to reserve rooms in the Glen Iris for our guests, and they absolutely loved it. For the money, you would seriously be hard pressed to find a better locale. Denise is the wedding coordinator and she is so nice, so patient, and so knowledgeable - it truly was a pleasure working with her. She and the staff did everything they could to accommodate us. Denise worked with us to make sure I got the things I wanted (such as ice cream cakes), and she also helped guide me through the planning and vendor-booking process. I sent her like a million emails, and her responses were always prompt, kind and patient. On the day of the wedding, the staff was extremely helpful and everything went smoothly and without stress. Afterwards, the staff even sent a porter up to our suite to get all of our presents and baggage and bring them down to the car. They seriously did everything they could to please us and make our wedding as stress-free as possible. There are a few minor downsides to this location: 1. very few hotel rooms in the area. 2. Not so easy for out-of-town guests to get to. 3. The food was mediocre (the beef tenderloin was good, but I really did not like the chicken florentine or the green beans almondine). 4. There are a lot of weddings here. They had brides for the day before and after me. None of these "downsides" affected our wedding, but I can imagine that they may matter to some people, so I thought that I'd mention them.
