For 5 months I searched diligently for the “Photographer of my dreams” who could fit my less than stellar “budget”. During my search, I was sadden to find that many Sacramento Photographers were either really lame, looking for their next cash cow, or just couldn’t see my vision for my big day. It was not until my 6 month of planning that I stumbled across the photographer of my dreams!!! Tinywater Photography was everything I was searching for and more! I contacted Caroline and her husband for an immediate consultation and within a couple of days we were sitting down together discussing my big day over coffee. Caroline was a breath of fresh air who gave me hope for my big day. To her, it wasn’t about the money, the packages, or about how long her team could stay. She was genuinely sincere about wanting to know how I was doing, how everything going for me and my husband, and what I envisioned for my big day. It utterly shocked me because up until that point, I hadn’t met a vendor who even cared about my general welfare, let alone my big day. I knew it from the moment I met her that she was the Photographer for me! She encompassed every thing I was searching for: Creative, intelligent, inspirational, genuine, sweet, and open to new ideas. During my consultation, Caroline was open to the idea of not shooting the “normal” wedding scene. She was a free spirit with a great eye for beauty and technique. She knew what I wanted and she delivered! The day of my wedding was like a fairy tale. She took the reins when it came to handling my rambunctious family, and acted as a guide for my husband when it came to creating our picturesque wedding portraits. A month after the wedding was done, I was given a sneak peek of what to expect… I was absolutely thrilled to see the portraits!!! Caroline and her husband had taken over 1700 pictures and had carefully gone through each one meticulously to bring forth the best pictures possible. Her delicate touches, angles, and mood settings fit me perfectly. I wanted EVERY SINGLE PICTURE AND MORE!!! In the 4 months that she had known me, she was the only one who had found my very essence and captured it on film. If I can offer any word of advice to the bride who is reading this, may I assure you that you will not regret hiring Tinywater. Caroline’s wealth of knowledge, impeccable eye for detail, elegance, class and creativity will leave you in awe. A wise person once told me that the only thing you will have years from now to remember your beautiful day are you wedding pictures. They were right. .
