We absolutely love this place. We looked at a bunch of places before we found the Meadow Wood in Randolph. They were the only place that had the "wow" factor that we were looking for. The food was great and the cocktail hour was amazing. We had all types of stations there and it was awesome. The staff were so helpful and nice. Heather was great to deal with and the Jeff the owner stayed around and greeted my guests and asked them if they needed anything. They gave us 5 star treatment. The Meadow Wood was everything we were looking for in a wedding, we weren't unhappy with one thing. I highly recommend this venue, they are exceptional!!

Amazing Photographers
We recently had the great pleasure of using Figtree Productions for our engagement and wedding photographers. The sign in book they made was almost too beautiful to write in, and they captured the love and playful spirit of our relationship. Our main concern was that after all the formal pictures were taken, we wanted the photographer to be as unobtrusive as possible. The photos before the ceremony were taken quickly so we were able to enjoy the cocktail hour. And, just as we wished, Joel, his wife, and 2 daughters took pictures without us even knowing about it. In addition to all the beautiful candid shots they took, they were professional, imaginative, friendly, and polite. The CD of the wedding pictures was ready less than 3 weeks after the wedding. I would highly recommend using Figtree Productions as your wedding photographer. To get an idea of the wonderful photos they take, go to their website and look under “archives.” This will give you a sample of the beautiful and imaginative photos they take. We visited many photographers before we chose Figtree, and are pleased with the choice we made. I cannot praise them enough!

The best DJ
Abe was the DJ at our wedding. It wasn't even a week after we decided to use him and he already visited the venue, looking at the space, checking out the size of the room, etc. Abe guided us as to what types of songs were best played during dinner, were best for dancing, etc. He also gave us ideas for various events during the wedding, such as alternatives for garter throw, an anniversary dance, etc. Abe was set up well in advance of the wedding. He “snacked” a bit during the cocktail hour, as he thought it was “unprofessional” to leave his music unattended. The songs went seamlessly from one to another, with Abe talking when necessary, but always very unobtrusively. One of the highest compliments I can give Abe is that so many people came up to me after the wedding and said that it was the first wedding they had gone to in a long time that they did not have to scream to the person next to them in order to have a conversation. The music volume was perfect for dancing, yet people were able to enjoy the company of each other. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any occasion that requires a DJ.

They provided perfect music for our ceremony and cocktail hour. They did a beautiful job and we were very pleased.

Great bakery
They did the groom's cake for our wedding and looked was awesome! The only thing is they didn't have a great way for my mom to bring it to the Meadow Wood the night before and that stressed her out. As a bakery they need to have a better way to transfer the cake. They also did my shower cake and it was great! So overall we were really happy with them and the cake tasted great.

The best make-up artist
Jeanine has done my make-up for every wedding I have gone to and everytime I recieved tons of compliments on how nice it looks. I don't wear make-up at all so I wanted to look like myself, which she she has done in the past. It was soft and classic looking and I felt like myself but I still had that extra enhanced look. It stayed perfectly all night and it looked beautiful in the pictures. My photographer liked her work so much that they now recommend her to their brides. She is very calming to have around on the day of and my bridesmaids loved the way they looked as well. She compliment each girl's style and we all felt beautiful. I see why she is so highly recommended. And I highly recommend her as well.

Beautiful flowers
The centerpieces were very beautiful and they lasted a long time even after the wedding. I was very happy with the bouquets. They were very helpful with ideas and different looks that I could go with. The only thing was the boutonnieres didn't hold up so well but they did their best to correct it and we were happy with their service.
