“THE GOODNESS” - flaxseed, oats, wheat germ, applesauce, whole wheat and nut flours - we are able to bring a new level of nutrition to traditional sweet treats and cakes. Recipes stem from our moms as well as from some of the greatest treats served at The White House and French Embassy, where Donna cooked & baked for both the Clinton and Bush Families.

The goal is to create a treat that has fewer calories, no trans fats, lower carbohydrate counts, and lower fat content whenever possible.
