Cakes by the "Pound" is owned and operated by Mendy K. Pound. Mendy is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Science Baking and Pastry Arts. She also did an intership in Austria as well as Switzerland.
Cakes by the "Pound" is a licensed cake studio specializing in custom designed edible works of art. Each of our cakes are European style made to order from scratch. We do offer discounts if ordering a grooms cake with your wedding cake.
