Matt and Dom’s Pastry Café is owned and operated by brothers Matthew and Dominic Schole. The café located on Florida’s West Coast barrier Island of Anna Maria in Manatee County. It is just north of Sarasota and sits at the south side of the mouth of Tampa Bay. The keys ( islands) off Sarasota and Manatee are known world wide for their beautiful white sand and blue green tropical waters. Anna Maria is known as the Wedding Capital of Florida & Matt & Dom’s Pastry Café is the place that creates the gourmet Wedding Cakes. Pastry Chef Matt Schole formerly of the Ritz-Carlton creates your exquisitely custom designed gourmet cake with beauty matched by unsurpassed taste.
