Business Description

Before I became a wedding planner and entered this industry with my husband, we attended numerous weddings. Either as guests, or part of the bridal court. It was not very usual to see many guests thoroughly enjoy eating the wedding cake. Some guests thought they were "ok" others had no interest because they were turned off by the fondant layer. After officially venturing into the party and wedding coordination world, I am proud to say that cakes created by Baez Party Productions, or by our prefered pastry chef, Rosie, our clients have been ecstatic by the cakes we have put out at our events! We have even had guests no only go up for seconds, but wanting to take a "doggie bag" home with slices of the cake. The fondant is rolled out perfectly and thin, not to thick and chunky. The actual cake is soft, rich, and has the perfect balance of moisture. Not to dry, and definately not to wet!
