Where do i start. I chose Iced Elegance when it was recommended by Thunderbird Chapel. They just started using them. I went in and i wasnt sure what i really wanted, but i knew i wanted cupcakes for my wedding cake. I had seen so many in different wedding magazines and just loved the idea. We created an idea and wasnt really sure with how i was goign to like everything. So i sat on it for a little while and went back in and changed some things. This is what my final order was asking for. Red velvet cupcakes..with kelly green icing. And black damask buttercream design. THATS IT!!! Now what i got was half way filled up cupcakes....all different flavors. With icing looking like my son who is 2 painted it on with his fingers. They put a fleur de leis on top of the cupcakes, whick looked like pot leaves half ass spray painted on them. The top cake looked like a christmas wreath. I cant tell you how many people asked if we made the cupcakes. If we would of made them im sure they would of looked a ton better. I called to see if i could get a refund. The lady who i talked to said that she would have to talk to her business partner and call me back. Well i week went by and i never heard back from her. And after 4 days of ignoring my calls, I called her business partner and she told me that i was NOT going to get my money back. I could have a store credit!!!! Now tell me why i would want a store credit???
