I recommended this vendor to my sister-in-law for her August 2009 wedding. My sister-in-law ordered a crystal topper from Jodi Buttarazzi (owner of Crystal Topper) in May 2009. Twelve weeks later (the promised deadline), she still had not received the topper. After many e-mails and phone calls, my sister-in-law received notification 2 weeks before her wedding that she would be receiving the topper shortly. The week of the wedding, we still had not heard anything nor had we received the topper. Two days before the wedding, we panicked and picked up another topper. Everything else went smoothly and the only thing she had to worry about was a stupid cake topper. Ironically enough, Jodi decided to respond that same day to say that the topper was on the way. My sister-in-law received it the day before the wedding and it looked like total crap. There were crystals missing, they weren't line up, there was glue everywhere...it looked like it was thrown together last minute...all for a whopping $90!! We requested a refund in exchange for the return of the topper. To this day, she never responded to our e-mails or voicemails and my sister-in-law got stuck with a crappy cake topper that she could not use. Because she didn't purchase it through ebay or paypal, she was stuck. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. She had ample time to tell my sister-in-law that she couldn't meet this commitment and instead chose to ignore her and let her sweat it out and then sent a product that was sub-par.
