Business DescriptionMy cooking philosophy is keeping it simple; use the freshest, best quality ingredients to compliment each dish perfectly. I think a lot of chefs get away from the basics and try to hard. It is very important to roast meats correctly, prepare vegetables properly to maintain there nutritional quality and color. One example on how we prepare our vegetables- A grilled vegetable platter which is served room temperature and includes mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, onions and asparagus. Every vegetable is seasoned differently to ensure a unique and tasty experience. Our Kitchen staff consists of 3 Executive chefs including myself; we prepare all the food to ensure consistency and quality. Lettuce Cater is very flexible when it comes to your budget. We would recommend calling for a brief phone consultation. After that we prepare a proposal and if everything looks good we will schedule a tasting. I know the importance of tasting the food, my wedding was in Disney World last year and I flew down for the tasting. Our tastings are free of charge. Our service staff is young, friendly and very professional. All staff members were personally picked by the owner.
