The adventure that is the wedding of an only daughter can be an overwhelming task. I had less than two months to plan the event. Shortly before Thanksgiving and Christmas, when tried to contact several of the "approved" catering companies on the venue's list, and received no calls back. They were too busy to talk to me, so, in my search for an outside caterer, I was very fortunate to find Jerri George and Tony Boyer with Catering by George! and Vision Catering. Tony Boyer called me back within a few hours of my first call. Our first conversation was so comforting. He and I talked as if we were old friends rather than total strangers. I knew this was the caterer I wanted to work with. Tony has an amazing talent with creating edible art and it is obvious he has a passion for it. Without exception, our guests were served incredible culinary delights that were as satisfying as they were beautiful. It was an honor to have Chef Tony prepare our food. Jerri George brought her vast experience to the table with suggestions and made our evening seamlessly wonderful. By being in constant contact, via email, she was able to answer all my questions and concerns rapidly, making this mother of the bride a lot less stress out! Jerri and Toni are a great team for catering and surround themselves with good people to serve their guests. I highly recommend them for any of your catering needs.
