The Great Escape is a boutique style caterer with limited bookings per week to ensure that your event is always perfect! We pride ourselves on personalized, and “almost instant” customer service.

Our kitchen creates all items fresh to order. Vegetables are carefully chosen by hand from local farms including world renowned Chino Farms. The staff is knowledgeable and professional and we guarantee quality by using only the finest ingredients.

Our award winning chef, David Gardinier, has over twenty years experience working throughout Southern California including five star restaurants where he worked with numerous highly acclaimed chefs and learned the finer aspects of blending food and art into one.

If you want to go “Green” for your party ask us about plates (made from Biodegradable sugar cane fiber) beverage cups (made from corn); and even SPUDWARE, biodegradable forks, spoons, knives, and toothpicks (made from potato or corn starch). They have the look and feel of plastic. They are biodegradable in your compost pile.
