Business Description

When it comes to atmosphere, music is the most potent magic at a wedding. Peace & Love & Jigs & Reels has elevated this to an art. On Irish flute and guitar, they move guests through an exquisite range of feelings from romantic to playful to jubilant celebration, a soundscape for the laughter and tears of love.

Gregg’s guitar evokes the ancient romantic flavor of the harp, while Cynthia’s flutes soar, giving wings to the heart. Both will have everyone dancing a jig for the joyful recessional.

We tailor the music to your unique personality and wishes. We also have pre-selected music for gathering, prelude, processional, ceremony, recessional and reception.

TESTIMONIALS:

"It was a pleasure working with Cynthia and Gregg. Their passion and talent make them one of the best Celtic duos I've encountered as an event planner. They are personable, warm and do what it takes to surpass expectations. I highly recommend them for weddings or any of life's celebrations. From touching and romantic to lively and spirited, they play it all with a lot of heart." -- Michele Prevost, Owner Juniper Events

"Our guests were knocked out by your playful, beautiful music. They want us to get married again just so they can come hear you!" -- T. Bertolette, Bride

"The music was absolutely perfect. It made everything so much better than I ever imagined. We had so many comments on the music, how right it was for the mountain setting and feel of the wedding. I would recommend them in an instant." -- J. Haybarker, Groom

"I’ve lost count of how many people commented on how fantastic Peace Love Jigs & Reels was. You were a big part of making the whole evening come out just how we'd imagined it ... which, in my book, was pretty close to perfect. Thanks again for being there. (And, also, thank you for the CDs. I've actually been listening to them today and, besides just being wonderful to listen to, it's great to have the actual versions of the songs that were played during the ceremony for nostalgia's sake.)" -- Brent, Groom
