How many other Entertainers/DJs/Bands do you work with? Do you have replacement Artists in case you become unavailable on our special day? We not only have replacement Performers available... but a also carry a duplicate set of all our equipment on location in case of an emergency. In 30 years of business here in South Florida we have NEVER had a no show or situation that we could not resolve promptly on location.

Do you specialize in any ethnic and/or international events? Our Artistic Director Scott Evans has 30 years of experience in providing entertainment services for every ethnic group in South Florida. Scott is the #1 ENTERTAINER-DJ/MC called upon by Barry University for all their Multi-Cultural events. Speak to Scott in the business office and you will be convinced of his knowledge and skills. Is the event coordinator / bride able to meet the DJ before booking? Absolutely! If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by a wedding couple, do you require that they provide it? We rarely have the situation where we do not have a song the customer requests... however we gladly will accept music provided... on any format!

What is your usual attire? At the customers request... WE HAVE IT ALL, Formal-Semi Formal-Tropical-Jazzy-Casual or Naked (just kidding).

Do you bring your own equipment? Yes, however we are also able to patch into any sound system on location!!!

Do you offer special equipment into your service? Yes, WE HAVE IT ALL!!! Full light show to include Lasers, Fog, Bubbles, Disco Ball, Strobe, Prancer, Dynamic Scan, Avenger, Jewels, Lone Star, Foot Lights, Flood lights, Multi colored Stage Par Cans, Follow Spotlights, Multiple Sound Systems, Stage Props, Backdrops & a full technical staff.

What is your minimum amount of time you will perform for? 1 Hour

Do you usually emcee the reception and/or talk between songs? Traditional weddings require a DJ/MC or DJ and MC... and he/she/they will be as interactive or obscure as the customer requests! It all depends on which BAND/DJ is selected and what the customer wants us to provide. They are the boss!!!

Do you take any breaks? NO breaks unless the customer requests it.

Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your break(s)? If a break were necessary, yes,,, ABSOLUTELY! Traditionally we provide recorded music or a DJ for band breaks.

Do you require a meal break? If yes, do you require that the wedding party provide your meal? We do not require a specific meal break for any artist as we do not want them to leave their post however... we do request that they be given food, beverage and treated with the same dignity and respect as you would any other person in attendance. My mother always said you get more bees with honey :)!

How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site and/or couple provide a table for you to setup on? We usually can be set up within 30 minutes of arrival... however always arrive 60-90 minutes ahead of time...for Bands, even earlier!!! We do not require a table unless you wish to provide a table to match the decor of the rest of the room.

Do you have any extra space requirements? None, our equipment is all modular and can fit into any space provided. Optimum space provided for a DJ/MC would be about 6' deep by about 8' wide... For BANDS, it depends on the number of musicians contracted!

What is your overtime rate? Pro-rated!

Do you charge for travel expenses? No, unless the engagement is not local. Scott has been flown all over the country to perform and most recently to California & Orlando...

Tips and Advice Here's some GRRRRRRRRRRRRREAT ADVICE.... Buy each service your require from the company that specializes in that service. Don't buy a DJ from a Caterer, Flowers from a Photographer, or Food from a 1-Man Band... this is not their expertise. Those that are selling services other than their specialty are just looking for extra profits and buying cheap in other categories. Don't waste your hard earned money.... Let 100% of your dollar go to the artist that gets that kind of money, provides quality of service and deserves it.
