Business DescriptionAfter years of playing the nightclub circuit, Frank did a series of parties in Manhattan and the Hamptons for Gotham Magazine, including the Whitney Museum Biennial and the Hamptons Film Festival, as well as the the Magazine founder's engagement party held at Capitale. It was there that he caught the ear of the world’s premier event planning, interior design and lifestyle guru, Colin Cowie. Since then he has gone on to work with Colin on various events around the world, and has his the name on the top of a short list for many high-end events looking for something different. In the age of the Celebrity DJ and the I-Pod phenomenon, Frank's unique ability of keeping people in their comfort zone, while, at the same time, pushing boundaries has allowed him to stand out. By presenting familiar material in a format that reflects his nightclub sensibilities, he manages to offer something completely unique. Generally Frank will ask a client for a potential song list, not necessarily with the intention of playing it song for song, (though there will always be songs that people will want to hear as they know and love) but more so, to use as a reference in terms of style, era, etc. to work from. And by the time of the party, he's able to give them everything they wanted to hear, in a way they weren't necessarily expecting to hear it. Frank is somewhat selective about the private events he chooses to do, each are priced on a case-by-case basis, and based on a consensus of the overall direction of the event. He is currently living / working in Las Vegas where he is a resident at Tao nightclub, as well as a music consultant / DJ for may of the Corporate events held there. In the past few years, Frank has played at some of the world's most famous nightclubs, from the West Coast to the Far East... and at the other end of the spectrum, will have been named one of the top 150 wedding entertainers by Modern Bride and New York magazines. |
