BAD EXPERIENCE-
1 week before the wedding this vendor attempted to charge more money after we had agreed on a price. Sent threatening emails. We had to hire another company and lost $650.00 |

worst service ever!!!
I would NEVER EVER want anyone to have the horriable experiance I did!! First off when I would talk to Alma or Edward they always had a million excusses on why it has taken them 5 or 6 days to get back to me in refrence to my wedding! I guess they feel that they have you locked in when you sign that contract! They brushed me off for so long that I wasnt even sure if I was going to have a DJ! Now looking back I should of looked into it alittle more. They charged me 900 dollars and made it sound like I was getting a really good deal by getting up-lighting and a mongrahm. So as for the wedding day!! First off they set up late, they forgot the micro phone for our ceromony, and by the time you and your soon to be husband are at the alter its alittle to late to stop everything and ask where it is! I asked for them to be in Tuxedos and they came in wearing some polyester cowboy suits that looked really tacky concedering that I had a very formal wedding! They DID NOT play continious music, they would play a song and then wait about 3 minutes before they would start another song, I kept having to go up there asking them to play music since every one was saying they were not playing the requested music like they were suppost to and I kept having to tell them to turn it up! My monograhm was extremly blurry that you could barley read it, I only had 6 of my 10 uplights that were promised, they started packing up 45 minutes early and we where all standing around wondering why they were not playing music until I had to tell them they were there till 11pm. So as if you thought things couldnt get any worse!!! I called Edward that following Monday and informed him of what was going on and he told me that he would refund me for the ceromony package since they were late and I didnt have the microphonesbut that has been a hassel in itself!! We where married 12-19-2009 and as of today 2-15-10 he has made every excuse of why it hasnt come..from he mailed it and it came back because it was the wrong address to he needs us to fill out a 10-99 with the IRS and give it back to him (which is wrong by the way, the only way we fill out a 10-99 is if we worked for him and we didnt, he was just trying to take back some of the money he said he was going to refund us) and as of today he told us to meet him at his office (which is in a storage facility, should of been my first red flag!) and he was a no show and they would send us to his voicemail when we called!! So when we asked the lady working for the storge facility if she had seen him she said no and informed us that we are not the only people who have been up here looking for him that he owes money too for bad service!!!!SO PLEASE, before you pick a DJ, make sure they have good reviews or reviews in general!!! You dont want to end up crying like I did because you have guest leaving early because there is no entertainment!!! I wish I could call him a business man, but he is more like a con man! A business man would fix the things that went wrong but instead he makes a million excusses to why its not his fault and then runs and hides!!! Tiffany ann be glad you had someone else do it for you, I had abunch of guest standing around with no music being played and I paid 900.!! |
