I am not going to lie: I was terrified to try on dresses. This store is huge, but well organized. My consultant, Melanie, was awesome! She worked with me at all 3 of my appointments, she made a call to the manufacturer and got them to agree to make a change to the dress that typically isn't allowed, and she wasn't pushy. Melanie went above and beyond, and I cannot recommend her enough. Also, if you don't have the opportunity to work with my consultant, all the consultants I had contact with were extremely pleasant, professional, and accomodating. The seamstress is extremely professional and talented. The price was a little higher than I would have preferred, but my dress isn't the easiest to work with (pleated bust, layered ruffles in various fabrics). She had to take in the bust, take off 1" inch off the hem, and build in a bustle--everything turned out fantastically. Also, for those terified of the bustle, she made the ties color-coded to remove any confusion.
