TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They have terrible customer service. We ordered our bridesmaid dresses through them for my sister's upcoming wedding. We tried on a tea length version of the dress we were considering. My sister asked if they came in a ball gown/floor length & the sales girl said "yes." I asked if I would need to order extra length because I am 5'8.5". The salesgirl said no need. They come in one length and are good for girls up to 5'10". We all ordered these supposed floor length dresses. They called to verify our sizes before they placed our credit card order. I asked again about the length because this has been an issue for me in the past. Once again, I was assured that this was not an issue. Well guess what? They came in and they are too short on ALL of us! We range from 5'6" to my 5'8.5". My poor sister (the bride) contacts them and they won't take the dresses back. They offer to pay for part of alterations to shorten them to tea length. Not okay! You told us this was a floor length dress. We paid more more $ for floor length dresses. All the pictures on the manufacturer website show a floor length dress. They are giving us some crap about how they said they were full length not floor length. I will swear in a court of law if it comes down to it that they said they were floor length dresses. Paying for alterations screws the bride and us bridesmaids. If we wanted tea length dresses, we could have paid approximately $40 less for them. The bride should get to have the floor length dresses that she wants. Also, another example of their unprofessionalism is how we received our dresses. They came wadded up in plastic bags. For $200, I expect my dress to come on a hanger. Surely they can afford it with the number if brides they screw over on a daily basis.
