Terrible Service
I was recently in my best friend's wedding. Mrs. Daws made our bridesmaids dresses. Over the course of a few months we each saw her for fittings about 5 times. She was rude, unprofessional, and very unpleasant to be around. When we picked up our dresses, almost all of them had something wrong with them. The maid of honor tried on her dress a week before the wedding and the zipper got stuck and would not zip up or down. Bonnie was extremely rude and told her that it was her fault for "forcing it". Other girls were then told to "resist the temptation to try it on before the wedding"...Really? for a dress that wasn't too cheap, that didn't seem right to me. I'm not trying to bash. In this economy, people should know what they are getting themselves into and what they will be paying for. This service..totally not worth it.

I'm extremely sorry that the young lady thought it necessary to write a negative review of her experience. I make every effort to please each and every customer who comes through my door, because I realize that a good review can build a good reputation. The reverse is also true. The young lady [Kelly] did have her zipper replaced and returned to her without charge. There was another bridesmaid in this wedding party who came from Ireland whose dress was [literally]made overnight. I e-mailed her for feedback. She was very happy with her dress. |
