Passion for Faces, Artistry and Beauty is the foundation of Rouge Skin Hair and Makeup Services. Rouge Skin was started by former M.A.C makeup artist Brianna Bjorner. She wanted to bring the salon to her clients homes at affordable prices giving them the celebrity treatment they deserve. She then hand picked her staff and Rouge Skin was created.
