This lady is a con artist and a liar. She contracted to do my wedding makeup and we paid her in full, in two installments as requested. Both checks were cashed. On the day of my trial (2 days before my wedding as we'd travelled from the UK), we went to her home studio as arranged. There was no answer. She had not called to cancel. I checked my email to find her "assistant" Stacey had sent me an email telling me Faythe had been in a terrible car accident and that she and her unborn child had bearly surived, the child being delivered by emergency c-section. I found this suspicious because her voicemail said her son was born 4 months earlier and she'd also mentioned having a 5 month old child. The dates didn't tally. Her "assistant" had sent a photo of the wrecked car in the email. When clicked on it took you to a facebook album which was added 5 months earlier and which showed she didn't have an emergency c-section as claimed. I should note that she took my booking AFTER this car crash so to use it as an excuse not to do my wedding two days before the wedding it clearly not a real reason. She has since ignored all my emails and phonecalls requesting a refund and her website has been removed. She has changed her voicemail, so has clearly had access to her messages and is choosing to keep the money for services she didn't provide because she either got a better job offer or is just a con artist. I am now taking legal action against her. If you want someone reliable, professional, or even just a decent human being with some morals then AVOID THIS WOMAN. She'll ruin your wedding and take your money in the process.
