Cynthia started cutting my hair some time back in my teen years, saving me from awkward teen hair angst. She was the perfect person to do hair at my wedding. I especially wanted her because my mom, sister, bridesmaids and I all have some level of curly or wavy hair and Cynthia really excels at cutting and styling for all of us. Cynthia spent hours at my trial getting my curls just right so she would know exactly what to do on my wedding day. I am so grateful for her patience and determination to get exactly what I wanted, especially given that I never know on any given day if I am going to have curly, straight or wavy hair. Cynthia traveled out to Bridgehampton for my wedding. She dealt with all the usual wedding day drama with a great sense of humor- she had me laughing at things that could have otherwise made me cry. All of my bridesmaids looked incredible- I am still wowed by their beauty when I look at the pictures, and my hair was exactly how I wanted it and even looked good at our brunch the day after!!

Cynthia recently did my hair for my June 27th wedding. We met ahead of time to do a trial run and she was great at doing just what I wanted. I brought some magazine pics and the ideas in my head of what I did and did not want and somehow she made it all work. She was very professional and fun at the same time. She was on time the morning of the wedding and it ended up looking even better than the trial run. She used some really cool silver "hair thread" to accent the do and I had bought some carnations which she expertly added to it. I loved it and got tons of raves from all of my friends and family. It held great through the entire wedding and all through the evening of fun afterwards!
