Owner of Oui, Three Queens Productions—a beauty and image company in San Francisco, CA - Evan specializes in blending makeup especially for you, creating makeup designs to make you even prettier, and applying makeup for special events.

Evan is particularly adept at understanding how you’d like to look, and helping your achieve your ideal with the finest products and techniques. As Evan works with you, he’ll draw on more than a decade of experience in creating magic with makeup. His apprenticeship began when, as drama student at San Francisco State University, Evan perfected his theatrical makeup knowledge and techniques. Still bewitched, he went on to study prosthetic makeup design and creation at California State University, Long Beach, where he mastered the subtleties of color theory and impeccable application.

Enlarging his knowledge, Evan joined forces with the cosmetic industry in 1999, working first at MAC and later with Benefit Cosmetics in San Francisco. As one of only three men working with the Benefit boutiques, Evan soon recognized his unique aptitude in color theory and makeup application. Inspired by the potential to create customized color palettes Evan left Benefit to open Oui, Three Queens Productions, where he dazzles customers with personalized makeup that brings out the best in every face.

Evan is also a licensed Esthetician ready to prepare your skin to be just as flawless as the makeup on your wedding day. Services include mobile spa, facials, waxing, bachelorette parties and showers.

To top off his well rounded wedding services, Evan is an ordained minister, ready to marry you in any style or tradition that you choose. Evan also provides Same-Sex marriage services.
