Can you work within my budget?
Certainly! We have a tremendous selection and are able to work with you, whatever your budget, to find just the right invitation to set the tone for your special day.

Describe the invitation ordering process. Give us a call, send an email or just drop in. We'll discuss what you have in mind and what your budget is. Then we'll look at samples and come up with an invitation that's perfect for you. We'll order proofs which usually take between one to four days. We'll look at proofs, usually on-line, and make any changes necessary. From final approval, product usually ships within 1 to 4 weeks, depending on manufacturer. We can have your invitations ship directly to you or you can pick them up at our store.

What is your average turnaround time, from initial contact to shipment? Turnaround is dependent on what type of invitation is chosen and what printing process is desired (letterpress, engraving, thermography, offset). Average turnaround is approximately 3 to 4 weeks from start to finish but, when necessary, we've been able to turn invitations around in as little as 5 to 7 working days.

Are you able to meet clients in person to showcase your product? Absolutely! Our store is located on Ashby Avenue in Berkeley (across the street from the Claremont Resort) We're open Monday through Friday between 10 am and 3 pm and other times by appointment.
