This, honestly, has been one of the worst online shopping experiences ever. This vendor was quick and responsive during the design process. Then things feel apart. She does not have paypal and requested that I mail a check. That's SUPER annoying, but fine, I use online banking and my bank sends a check. 3 weeks later - still nothing. I e-mail to check the status. She claims "the check just arrived yesterday...as soon as it clears i'll mail your product." It's more than a week later and the check has not been presented to my bank. I e-mail and inquire about the status of my order. So far nothing. I would not recommend that anyone use this vendor! I originally placed an order November 1, 2010. Today is December 8, 2010 and I have NOTHING. DO NOT USE SIERA DI BELLA DESIGNS. This company is more like Shameful Disappointing Designs!
