1. Value: Incredible value as I got beautiful custom invitations for a fraction of the price that I have seen for template designs at other places. 2. Professionalism: She went above and beyond! She was there to help me at every term. 3. Responsiveness: She promptly responded to all of my requests and questions. She even anticipated my needs before I realized what they were. 4. Flexibility: She was very patient as we worked together to make the perfect invitations. They turned out better than I even imagined!
