We’ve found that offering two different sized swing orchestras seems to fit most bridal requests. Our most popular version, the 10 piece orchestra is great for most small to medium sized rooms while our 13 piece ensemble is perfect for larger venues and clients who want an even lusher big band sound.

Our brides know what they want...they know the classic music of Sinatra, Dean Martin, Ella Fitzgerald, Glen Miller, Rosemary Clooney and all the greats is the best bet at pleasing the most folks. They are looking to make their event unique…they don’t want the same music that they hear at everyone else’s reception or event. Our brides hire us because we can please a vast age range and most types of guests: ones that want to dance, ones that want to be able to converse at the table and those that just want to sit and be entertained.

When either size orchestra is contracted, we can add the following options onto any package:

• Appropriate background music with a smaller ensemble for your cocktail and dinner hours
• additional singers to perform trio and other show stopper numbers,
• professional dancers for instruction, demonstration or encouragement,
• white dinner jackets for the musicians to give that extra touch of elegance to the evening,
• specially arranged music to customize your event even further.

Our smaller ensemble, the RKO Combo is versatile and perfect for more intimate settings. Take a journey through the American Popular Songbook, drawing on the genius of Cole Porter, Rodgers and Hart, George Gershwin and other legends in American Jazz and Broadway traditions. By lending unique interpretations to works by composers such as Andrew Lloyd Weber, soulful ballads from artists such as Carole King and Emmylou Harris and favorites from legendary crooner Patsy Cline to songs from the enchanting film Moulin Rouge, this is melodic entertainment that’s sure to please.
