I heard about Travis and Christina when I put out a message asking for photography recommendations. After I looked at their site (www.rebelwithacamera.com), I was convinced. When I found out they weren't available on our wedding date, we changed our wedding date. I love photography and Travis and Christina are the rare combination of artists who are obviously passionate but don't take themselves too seriously. I appreciated that during both our engagement photos and on our wedding day, they were unobtrusive, but were happy to work with any shots or poses we really wanted. The results of both the engagement photos and our wedding photos still make me smile and tear up, I love the joy and love that they captured. I especially love how they captured the relationship between my young son and the man who became his father and my husband. Having Travis and Christina share our wedding with us is the best choice we made...besides deciding to get married. Go, hire them now!

Travis is such a great photographer! After interviewing many photographers, we realized that had to spend more $$ to get the quality shots that we wanted. After meeting with Travis in his studio & looking through his albums, we realized that he was "the one." Travis was flexible in helping us choose the package that suited our budget & needs. ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS: We setup our engagement photo session to be during a weekday evening. Travis knew that we wanted a modern touch to our engagements (not soft & romantic, but rather fun & edgy)...so he chose the perfect spots--Penn Field on SOCO, Welcome to Austin sign in S.Austin. We even threw in an impromptu spot (Amtrak Station off 5th) because we had enough light left in the day. Definitely got our $$'s worth. Once we got our Engagement photos back -- I was so happy that we hired Travis for our wedding. I had no hestitations; I knew that he would capture the moment of our special day & take gorgeous shots. Some things that set Travis apart from other photographers: * He gives you a full-day of photographs---from makeup/hair all the way through the reception. No need for a videographer, as Travis' pictures captured every bit of energy & excitement. * They blend in! I've been to weddings where the photographer gets in the way of everything. We never noticed such a problem with Travis/Christina---they found a way to capture the moment, without making our guests feel awkward/annoyed. * Christina (Travis' wife) is amazing! Her "eye" for shots complements Travis' style very well. * Christina hung out with me (in bridal suite) while Travis' took pictures in the grooms' quarters. This was cool because I could see (after we got the pictures back) what my husband was doing in his area. * Prompt response to email communication. Travis always responded to all of my emails within 1 day! This is instilled great confidence that he was truly a professional & would make the best of our wedding day.
