Yes, the pictures she gives you are beautiful. Yes, her prices are pretty reasonable. Her post-ceremony attitude is what has turned me off. She has great ideas, researches the areas, and tries to "capture the feeling that you are going for." But if you suggest a picture that she didn't think of she will snap one or two pictures simply to make you happy without really trying. She did not give us many important pictures such as me and my groom walking down the aisle after the ceremony, my wedding day shoes, my bridesmaids' bouquets, or me tying my flower girls' bows and putting on their wreaths, (just to name a few). What's strange is that I saw her take these pictures (except my shoes) and she simply refuses to give them to me. I have specifically requested to see the pictures because I know she took them and she simply refuses to let me see them. Her only response is, "These are your pictures. I hope you enjoy them!" After 4 emails asking to see more it's obvious that I don't enjoy them. I sent her 3 emails before she sent me a thumbnail picture of me and my groom walking down the aisle. I actually had to argue with her before she would send me this picture. Why would a photographer REFUSE to give a client pictures that you PAID her to take? ESPECIALLY one as important as that?! I know that she took the pictures. She continues to tell me that I have received all of the pictures when I know that I have not and clearly did not since she had the picture of us walking down the aisle and chose not to give it to us. She took very few pictures of me and my husband after the ceremony. I was expecting more of us together after the ceremony. There are no pictures of us outside of the church in the beautiful arches or in front of the greenery. We have very few pictures and they are all of us standing side by side, looking stiff on the stage. She did not take any pictures of me and my new-mother-in-law before the ceremony. It was as if my mother-in-law wasn't even in the room. When we asked her to let us see the pictures that we knew she took, she responded with legal jargon from her contract explaining why it was not a breach of contract for her not to give us the pictures. She did not explain or even touch on why she did not include them in the final pictures or why she won't let us see them. My husband and I are incredibly disappointed with her attitude and refusal to give us pictures that we have requested to see, paid for, and know she took. It should be OUR decison if we keep a picture or not. She has left us with an incredibly sour taste in our mouth.

Jessica Graham's preparation and personality are what set her apart as a photographer. Jess did our daughter's engagement photos, bridal portrait, rehearsal dinner, and wedding photographs. Jess had a plan for each major photo shoot; she had preselected unusual locations, developed a timeline, and maximized the use of natural scenery and lighting. Beyond her professional preparation, it was Jessica's personality that ensured beautiful, personality-filled, and memorable photos. She took a camera shy bride and groom and made them feel exceedingly comfortable, brought out their playful sides, and cajoled them into some terrific pictures. At the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, she captured all the special moments in an unobtrusive manner. Both at the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception, Jess was responsive to our families' requests and seemed to be everywhere at once. Two final touches that Jess added were first, small cards with different bridal portrait shots and her website listed for guests to view the pictures after the wedding. Secondly, she created a lovely slideshow with music that captured the day in a meaningful concise way.

Jessica Graham is an awesome photographer! She took our engagement and wedding photos. She made it comfortable and fun for the engagement shoot. She was wonderful on our wedding day as well. She was prepared and made sure to get the pictures of moments that were important to us. We've gotten so many compliments on all of our photos! They're beautiful. She is a very talented photojournalist. Her prices were reasonable too! Everything was just so comfortable and flowed so easily. I didn't have to worry about a thing. It was a perfect experience and I would highly recommend her!
