Business DescriptionRick's enthusiasm for photography began at a very early age. Driven by a desire to share his personal interests with others and to document the world around him, he found inspiration from the most mundane backyard view to magnificent vistas from his cross-country adventures. After years filling boxes with pictures and pursuing careers in social work and sales, he decided to turn a life-long hobby into a profession. Through formalized training and exposure to a range of photography opportunities, Rick knew with every passing day he had finally found his calling. Rick's work has been published in the Boston Globe, the Boston Herald, the Metro, BostonNOW and a number of other local newspapers. His corporate clients include the Commonwealth Health Connector Authority, Harvard University, Leslie University, March of Dimes and Simon Malls. Rick's ability to honestly connect with and service his clients is one of his greatest assets. He lives with his wife Jaimie Hammerling Bern, infant son Zachary Charles, and Australian Labradoodle Kaiya in Newton, MA. |
