Rance Rogers' interest in becoming a photographer began the day he took his first photography class in a Roswell, NM high school. He eagerly developed his photography over the years, and was recently awarded the 2008 Bronze Level Photographer of the Year by the Professional Photographers Association. He spends his spare time as a nature photographer and has won numerous awards.

Rance has always enjoyed photographing people and events, so weddings are a natural direction for him. He utilizes his skills he has developed as a photographer, and his knowledge of equipment and lighting, while leveraging his skills honed in capturing scenic nature shots, to capture the "moment" during the wedding ceremony and celebration. "I'm constantly looking for moments that define the day, the people, and the place. I really enjoy capturing the memories of the wedding day, doing everything I can to make sure everyone has fun with their photos."

The culmination of years of experience and training show not only in his portfolio, but in the way he handles himself on the job; easily adapting to any situation, staying low-key and getting along well with people. His intuitive and natural style helps him capture the very essence of the wedding, while his experience has taught him when to give direction and when to let events flow naturally.

Rance is currently based in Ohio, and he frequently visits his home land in Roswell, New Mexico.
