All About Ervin Photography…

The journey began in 1976 at Oklahoma State University. From Party Pics to fine portraiture, we’ve been involved with Oklahoma memories for over three decades.

To define Ervin Photography is to introduce our wonderful staff. We have assembled the most amazing group of caring, artistic, detail-oriented people in the industry. Most of the staff were clients first, and came to us because of their love of photography.

Our fearless leaders are Steve and Lana Ervin, a husband and wife team. Lana is the woman with the plan, and Steve is the creative genius who makes it happen. Steve has received many awards in state and national competitions. His images often capture “best of show”. Four of his images are currently touring the U.S. in the Professional Photographers of America Loan Collection. His photography has been exhibited at Disney’s Epcot Center, and proudly displayed and cherished by the many families he has captured in a moment of time. He is a Master Photographer whose unique style of Portrait Art has touched hearts around Oklahoma and the nation.

Steve leads a team of talented professionals. All of our photographers came to us because of their love of the art. They are caring individuals who share in the joy of the memory they are creating. What a wonderful privilege to share your most precious times…senior year, engagements, weddings, first baby, family reunions, anniversaries, proms, graduations and homecomings. What other job description says: “be with people at the happiest times of their lives and share it with them”?

Our creative support staff is here to make sure everything happens before we click the shutter and after the magic happens. We understand the emotion of the photography because we have all “been there”. We know that these images reflect the love between people, and are priceless. An original portrait is a special gift…a moment borrowed from the present and given to the future. We realize that nothing is harder to replace than yesterday.
