Unprofessional management. Poor quality photography.

Please do not use Cherry Productions. Carla Cherry is not interested in servicing the NC market. My wife and I were married in July and have yet to receive the pictures and video(s) from our wedding. The contract stipulated that my wife and I would receive all the photos from our wedding. We received 154 high-resolution and 12 low-resolution images from our six hours of contracted service. Carla's response... I'm busy opening the LA office. Granted Carla informed my wife in September that we would receive our photos in a few weeks. After several weeks of prodding by my wife, Carla had 166 photos sent to us. 166 photos from a six-hour ceremony and receptions. Where are the other photos? Cherry Productions has not provided the video. Cherry Productions has breached their contract with my wife and me. Cherry Productions performance is bordering on gross negligences.
