Business Description
This Italian Renaissance-style villa, designed and built by architect David Adler in 1923, was originally the residence of Lloyd Smith of the A.O. Smith Corporation and his family. The Villa Terrace features fine and decorative arts dating from the 15th to the 18th centuries, wrought-iron masterpieces by Cyril Colnik and a formal Garden.
From weddings that hearts remember to meetings that accomplish missions, the Villa Terrace is the perfect place for your next special event. The unparalleled beauty of a Mediterranean-style villa will surround your guests as they appreciate tranquil views of Lake Michigan from the Terrace de Luna or stroll through the magical Renaissance Garden. Experience the delight of finding beauty around every corner and transform your event into a very special occasion.
