Couples looking for that special place to hold a wedding/reception event may look at many places before they find the one that they like. We invite you to come by and visit and take a tour of the property, and to do so - we require that you call to make an appointment to come by and look at the Kuebler Waldrip Haus Bed and Breakfast located in New Braunfels, Texas. Event and groups usually plan a head (3 months or more a head of time, however we welcome requests at anytime).

We are located on 43 scenic hill country acres just 3-6 minutes from Historic New Braunfels and Gruene. We basically provide the property and you can bring in caterers, photographers, horse drawn carriage, band, and any other outside services. If you have a small group, you must start with the Danville Schoolhouse (5 rooms each with a private bath). If you need more rooms, you may add more rooms. If you have a large group, we do require that you rent out the entire property consisting of 3 beautifully restored historic buildings with 11 bedrooms that can accommodate from 22 (2 per room) or up to 34 people maximum. We do welcome families and children are welcome (from 0-100).

Nightly room rates are determined by the number of people staying in each room per night. Nightly room rates range from $125-$205 per night for 2. Each additional adult (ages 18+) is $30 per night and each additional child (ages 3-17) is $20 per night. Rates include breakfast, unless requested without breakfast. If requesting without breakfast, please ask for a quote.

GROUP RESERVATIONS AND RATES: Group rates are also determined by the number of guests in a room per night, then each room is added up to get a total. All group reservations require a 50% check deposit at the time of making the reservations or within 10 days of making the reservations. Please do not reserve rooms that you do not wish to keep, or you will be held responsible for the cost of the unoccupied rooms. Thank you. GROUP RESERVATION - We will need one person to be the coordinator for the group to collect information, money, make room assignments, and make deposit payments. We will need the following for each room reserved: a name, address, cell phone number, number of guests in the room, time of arrival, a valid credit card, and a 50% deposit from this person to be sent to the coordinator. There is no cancellation time for group reservations. Once the reservaiton is made and the deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable. All group reservations must be firm and all guests are committed to coming for the event.

Because we are a small business, we need to know that all group reservations are firm and comfirmed. Our strict group reservation policy is to ensure that all parties are committed. Please understand that we have many group requests, and we need to know that the dates are locked-in when a group commits. We have many repeat guests, and we have been open since 1987. We will be happy to send you information, and we look forward to having you as our guests.
