Business Description

The banquet hall is reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. A $50.00 booking fee reserves the date until 30 days before the event, and is non-refundable, non-transferable. The total amount is due 30 days before the event, and is non-refundable.

The banquet hall rents for $210.00, plus a damage deposit of $100.00 and will seat up to 250 persons. The full-size commercial catering kitchen rents for $80.00, with a damage deposit of $100.00. You are welcome to prepare your own food, or hire a caterer, as your budget allows.

The banquet hall may be partitioned into 3 rooms, we call these meeting rooms. Each third of the banquet room rents for $80.00, plus a $50.00 damage/cleaning deposit. Each meeting room has a hidden kitchenette with a sink, cabinets and countertops with electrical access. The Cardinal Room kitchenette includes a salad bar/refrigerated unit.

Rental fees allow for your use of the room 5am-1am on the date rented. Second-day rentals for decorating or cleaning are leased at half-price. (Saturdays excluded.)

The rooms are set up with 5 foot round tables and chairs which seat 6-8. The Sagamore room in the middle has a dance floor, and accommodates about 6 tables. The Cardinal Room holds about 10 tables, and the Mount Room holds 13-15 tables.

A full-size gymnasium may also be available for rental during your event. Athletic play only, please. The gym rents for $50.00 per 3 hours.

Alcohol consumption and tobacco are prohibited on the premises.
